1. Acceptance

By using Terra Gospel you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Permitted use

The app is for personal, devotional and study use. You may not resell, redistribute or modify it.

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Content

The Bible texts and narrations are public domain or licensed for devotional use. Bookmarks, notes and highlights belong to the user.

5. Narrated Bible subscription

Reading the Bible, the daily verse, notes, highlights and bookmarks are free and will stay free. The subscription covers only the audio narration of the chapters.

There are two plans, monthly and yearly. The price is shown in your currency before purchase and varies by country. New subscribers get 14 free days, granted once per person.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is billed by the store where you subscribed. To cancel, use the subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play — cancellation is not done inside the app, and takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made, under its own rules.

6. Availability

The service is provided 'as is', without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

Terra Gospel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the app.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time under Profile → Delete my account.
